Write to us at support@feedmate.ai and a human will answer. We usually reply within one working day.
Something not working, a post that did not go out, a social account that will not connect: email support@feedmate.ai with your account address and, if you have it, the date and time of the post. That is usually enough for us to find it.
Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is also the name on your bank statement. For an invoice, a plan change or a refund, write to support@feedmate.ai: see also our refund policy.
To request a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, write to support@feedmate.ai with the subject "My data". You can also delete your account yourself from Account and profile inside the app, which removes everything immediately.
