Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of feedmate.ai and the Feedmate application ("Feedmate", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Feedmate is operated by Romeo Muço, trading as Feedmate, sole trader (NIPT M56507204I), Lagjja Hajro Cakerri, pasuria nr. 13/411/ND2, Vlorë 9401, Albania. Feedmate is the trading name we use; the legal entity behind it is the sole trader named above. You can reach us at support@feedmate.ai.

2. The service

Feedmate is an AI social media manager. It helps you plan an editorial calendar, generate content (captions, images, carousels and videos), and schedule or publish that content to the social accounts you connect. You review and approve content before it is published, unless you enable automatic publishing.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the social accounts you connect.
• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

4. Free trial

New accounts include a free trial of 14 days. No credit card is required to start it and it does not turn into a paid plan on its own: at the end of the trial you simply choose a plan, or the account stops generating new content. Trials are for evaluation and are limited to one per customer.

5. Plans and AI credits

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits, which are consumed when content is generated. The credit cost of each type of generation and the limits of each plan are shown on our pricing page.

• Allowances renew at the start of every billing cycle.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable between accounts.
• If you change plan, the new allowance applies from the next cycle.

6. Prices, payment and renewal

• Prices are shown on our pricing page in euro (EUR). Visitors in some regions see the equivalent price in another currency; the currency you are charged in is the one shown at checkout.
• Prices include any sales tax or VAT that applies to you. The exact amount is shown before you confirm and on your invoice.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and your invoice is issued by Paddle.
• We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the price then in force, until you cancel. You are charged on the renewal date.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend access until the amount is paid.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to support@feedmate.ai. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not prorated.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
• If we discontinue the service, we refund the unused part of any period already paid.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the EEA, you have 14 days from the day your subscription starts to withdraw from it without giving a reason, by writing to support@feedmate.ai. However, when you subscribe you ask us to give you access to the service immediately: by confirming your purchase you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before that, we refund what you paid, less an amount proportionate to the service already provided.

9. Price changes

We may change our prices. Any change is announced at least 30 days in advance by email and applies from your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

10. Connected platforms

You authorise Feedmate to act on your behalf on the platforms you connect, through their official APIs. You can disconnect any account at any time. The availability and features of each platform depend on that platform and its policies, which may change without notice and are outside our control.

• Feedmate uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
• Videos are uploaded to your own channel with the visibility you choose before publishing (public, unlisted or private), and you can change or delete them at any time from YouTube itself.

11. Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the content you create and publish through Feedmate.
• You must not use Feedmate for unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful or spam content.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of every social platform you publish to.
• You must not resell, scrape or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

12. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you provide and the content Feedmate generates for you. Feedmate and its software remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.

13. AI-generated content and transparency

Content generated by AI may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published, and Feedmate provides review and approval controls for this purpose.

• Images and other visual content produced by the service carry embedded metadata identifying them as generated, or partly generated, by artificial intelligence. This marking is applied automatically and cannot be switched off.
• Where a connected platform offers a field to declare AI-generated content, the service sets it when it publishes on your behalf.
• These measures are provided so that content produced through the service is machine-readable as artificially generated, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act).
• You remain responsible for any further disclosure required by the platform you publish on, or by the law that applies to you, in particular for content that depicts a real person.

14. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedmate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by the social platforms on your accounts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the statutory rights of consumers.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Feedmate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the policies of a connected platform. Where the breach is not serious, we give notice and a reasonable chance to fix it first.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app; continuing to use Feedmate after they take effect means you accept them.

17. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
